Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (Spanish/English) – Virtual Health Assessment Team

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential telehealth organization seeking a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (Spanish/English) to join their Virtual Health Assessment team. This is a fully remote role requiring active Florida licensure and the ability to serve Spanish-speaking patients across preventative care and chronic disease management programs.

Candidates must reside in one of the following U.S. states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia.

Schedule: 40 hours weekly, eight-hour shifts (scheduled as nine-hour shifts with one-hour lunch) between 8am-8pm EST Monday-Thursday, or 8am-6pm EST Friday and Saturday. One Saturday shift required per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual preventative care screenings and complete medication reconciliation
• Diagnose medical conditions and provide health coaching, referrals, and treatment when clinically appropriate
• Outreach members with chronic conditions based on historical and suspected health information
• Engage patients who have lower probability of seeing their primary care provider
• Identify opportunities to improve patient care access through virtual provider engagement
• Cross-train into virtual urgent care and/or virtual primary care service lines
• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment via telehealth platforms
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

What We're Looking For

• Education: DNP, FNP, or ENP from accredited program (or PA from accredited program)
• Certification: Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
• Licensure: Active Florida license required; Compact RN (for NP candidates); ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Experience: 3+ years in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
• Quality: Experience with Clinical Documentation Improvement and/or managing HEDIS quality measures
• Language: Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
