Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential technology consulting organization with an international client portfolio. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with SAP expertise for a long-term remote engagement based in Brazil.
In this role, you will:
- Lead autonomous requirements gathering, analysis, management, and tracking across business processes
- Study and comprehend complex business processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Engage with business stakeholders to capture needs and propose solutions aligned with SAP best practices
- Design solutions following a Standard First approach
- Evaluate new SAP functionalities and solution capabilities
- Prepare effort estimates, timelines, and detailed work plans
- Configure solutions, execute testing protocols, and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Identify and analyze gaps between business requirements and standard SAP functionality, developing justifications and specifications as needed
- Create technical-functional specifications and oversee solution development
- Troubleshoot incidents and problems, including SAP note research and support ticket management
- Maintain strong relationships with business areas to ensure alignment, validation, and approval of deliverables
- Develop and execute test plans, cases, unit tests, and integration tests
- Ensure delivery quality and maintain evidence documentation
- Recommend user experience improvements utilizing SAP solutions including SAP BTP
- Apply maintenance management methodologies and agile frameworks
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- Deep expertise in one of the following SAP specialties: SAP SD with FSCM Credit Management, SAP TM, or SAP TD
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and management
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage demands end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of SAP best practices and standard configurations
- Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies
- Spanish language proficiency is mandatory
- Portuguese language proficiency for business communication
- Must be based in Brazil and available for remote work
