About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization that serves mission-driven associations and nonprofits across North America. Our talent team is searching for an Implementation Consultant to lead client onboarding projects and deliver professional services for their association management platform. This is a remote-first position based in the United States.

In this role, you'll guide new clients through discovery, platform configuration, data migration, and go-live while serving as a trusted advisor. You'll also deliver training and consulting engagements that help existing clients maximize their software investment and achieve their organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end client onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live, managing scope, timelines, milestones, and expectations
  • Lead multiple concurrent implementation projects while meeting individual and team performance metrics
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to identify client requirements and recommend best-practice software configurations aligned with business goals
  • Configure platform settings, coordinate data migration activities, and oversee testing and validation processes
  • Deliver professional services consulting including workflow assessments, training sessions, and solution recommendations
  • Train client teams to confidently adopt the platform through engaging instruction and industry best practices
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership
  • Navigate changing priorities and evolving client requirements while maintaining project momentum
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve onboarding processes and overall client experience
  • Contribute to team knowledge by sharing best practices, creating documentation, and mentoring teammates

What We're Looking For

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, client onboarding, or professional services
  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent software implementation projects
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications and technologies
  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize competing initiatives in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Client-first mindset with passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Comfort holding clients and stakeholders accountable to agreed timelines and expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and maintain momentum across complex projects
  • Proactive, continuous-improvement mindset

Preferred:

  • Experience with Association Management Software (AMS) or similar membership/nonprofit platforms

Work Authorization: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must be at least 18 years of age.
