Working Student/Intern – Marketing (f/m/d)

We're seeking a Working Student or Intern (f/m/d) to join their marketing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute across organic content, performance marketing, SEO, and influencer campaigns. Responsibilities

• Create trend-aware content for social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube; you may even feature in campaigns yourself
• Support influencer marketing operations: coordinate with agencies, help select creators, review content approvals, and evaluate campaign performance
• Assist with App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve product visibility and rankings
• Collaborate on employer branding initiatives, including website messaging and content that reflects company culture
• Help set up, track, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, blending creative thinking with data analysis

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken) — this is mandatory
• Deep familiarity with current social media trends, memes, and platform formats; operating your own social channel with a few thousand followers is a major plus
• Prior experience from a marketing internship, working student position, or relevant side project is highly advantageous
• Creative mindset balanced with analytical ability — you can spot a trend and understand the data behind what works
• Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership from the start
• Based in Hamburg or surrounding areas; available 2.5 days per week (working student role) or full-time (internship). Preferred working days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
