Working Student – Customer Service & Support

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization seeking a Working Student to join their Customer Service & Support team in München. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience supporting clinical users and IT departments while working with medical software solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate with experienced colleagues across Support and Development teams, gaining valuable exposure to hospital workflows and clinical environments while providing essential technical support.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests through the service desk and provide clear, reliable technical support
• Reproduce and analyze technical issues by setting up test scenarios in internal environments
• Support the Customer Support team in daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and learning materials to enable customer self-service
• Work closely with experienced colleagues across Support and Development to explore solution paths
• Gain insights into hospital workflows, clinical environments, and medical technology user experiences

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Medical Engineering, or comparable studies
• Strong customer orientation with excellent analytical thinking and communication skills
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Fluency in German (spoken and written) required
• Good command of English
• Interest in healthcare technology and supporting clinical users

Location & Work Arrangement
