Working Student – Content and Data Management (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a dynamic digital agency based in Berlin that is seeking a detail-oriented Working Student to support their Content Operations team. In this role, you will help maintain and manage digital product content across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency in product information and digital assets. This is an excellent opportunity for a current university student to gain hands-on experience with enterprise content management platforms while contributing to real-world campaign launches and content operations.

Responsibilities

• Support content maintenance activities across digital platforms including CMS, PIM, and DAM systems based on defined briefs
• Clean, archive, and reorganize digital assets according to provided guidelines
• Link assets correctly within PIM environments following DAM uploads
• Support operational content tasks such as migrations, content updates, testing, data validation activities, and bulk updates
• Follow documented processes and governance rules carefully to maintain quality standards
• Maintain tracking documentation in Excel for updates and changes
• Perform peer quality checks before delivering tasks to ensure accuracy
• Identify and flag missing information or inconsistencies in briefs
• Provide regular updates on task progress and escalate blockers early
• Document recurring issues to support continuous process improvements

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled as a student in a German university with at least one year remaining in your program
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation with commitment to data quality
• Basic Excel skills and ability to work with structured data, understanding relationships and dependencies
• Proactive communication skills, especially when encountering questions, blockers, or inconsistencies
• Good technical affinity with interest in digital systems and content tools
• Comfortable reading documentation and applying defined guidelines carefully
• Ability to work independently after onboarding while knowing when to ask for support
• Curiosity and genuine interest in learning content operations workflows

Nice to have:

• Experience with CMS platforms, PIM, DAM, or similar content management systems
• Experience working with custom digital interfaces or content tools
• Interest in AI-supported ways of working
