We are representing a leading social impact consultancy based in Berlin that works at the intersection of business, philanthropy, and civil society. Our client brings together stakeholders from diverse sectors to create meaningful collaborations that drive sustainable change.

We're seeking a Senior Consultant and Program Manager for Cross-Sector Partnerships to join their team. In this role, you'll facilitate high-impact collaborations between corporations, startups, investors, foundations, and nonprofit organizations. You'll lead strategic initiatives that connect impact-driven enterprises with enablers across the economy, science, public administration, and civil society.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate cross-sector partnerships between business, civil society, philanthropy, and public institutions to drive social impact
• Play a central role in programs that connect impact startups with corporations, investors, and enablers from science, government, and nonprofits
• Lead corporate citizenship working groups, develop strategic direction, recruit new corporate participants, and create impulses for effective corporate social responsibility alongside stakeholders from business, civil society, and government
• Design, acquire, and manage consulting and partnership projects—advising startups on impact strategies and investor connections, or supporting corporate-nonprofit collaborations
• Independently steer complex projects from conception through partner management to implementation and evaluation, balancing social value creation with economic sustainability
• Design and moderate established dialogue formats in both physical and digital settings

What We're Looking For

• Passionate commitment to social transformation, sustainable business practices, and cross-sector collaboration
• Energy, persuasiveness, and empathy to build trust and mobilize stakeholders around common goals; ability to inspire and activate even skeptical actors
• Consulting experience, ideally with startups, investors, or corporations on strategy or organizational development; ability to design consulting processes, execute independently, and deliver robust results
• Track record building or intensively managing networks, ideally involving business and startup ecosystem actors; ability to quickly identify relevant stakeholders and connect them with target audiences
• Experience with multi-stakeholder processes or collective impact approaches; comfort engaging with decision-makers at executive and leadership levels
• Demonstrated experience developing and winning partners, clients, or funders, and independently leading complex projects
• Fluency in German is required for this Berlin-based position; English proficiency is highly valued
