About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization based in Munich that is transforming how property management workflows are delivered through modern cloud technology. They serve over 100,000 users managing millions of residential units, replacing manual processes with an intuitive ERP platform.
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to take ownership of critical product areas within their core platform. You will work closely with the Head of Design, Product Owners, and Engineering to translate complex, data-heavy workflows into simple and scalable user experiences that property managers depend on daily.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive product design across key platform areas from problem discovery through final implementation
- Translate complex, data-heavy workflows into intuitive and scalable user experiences
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI designs
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to turn concepts into technically feasible, shippable features
- Contribute to and continuously improve the design system, including reusable components, patterns, and documentation
- Use customer insights and feedback to challenge assumptions and refine existing experiences
- Support other designers by sharing expertise and providing constructive feedback
What We're Looking For
- 7–9 years of hands-on Product Design experience, ideally with SaaS products
- Experience designing complex, data-heavy products such as ERP systems or business software
- Strong UX thinking combined with excellent UI skills and experience with scalable design systems
- High proficiency in Figma and comfort using modern AI and prototyping tools
- Understanding of front-end development constraints and collaborative approach with engineers
- Ability to take ownership of complex problems and drive them to high-quality solutions
- Confident communication in both German and English
- Comfort working in cross-functional, international environments
