We are representing a confidential IT services organization seeking an IT Service Technician for onsite support in Berlin. Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for clients in Berlin, working either from client locations or the Berlin office
• Handle incoming support requests including qualification, documentation, and resolution of first-level IT incidents
• Communicate proactively with end users regarding service disruptions and scheduled maintenance activities
• Administer, configure, and maintain client devices and equipment onsite
• Create and maintain technical documentation in the internal knowledge database
• Collaborate closely with colleagues at the main office location in Darmstadt

What We're Looking For

• Completed apprenticeship as Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration or comparable IT qualification
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong quality awareness
• Customer service focus and self-motivation
• Ideally, initial practical experience in IT support roles
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies, Microsoft AD/Entra ID, and Windows Server
• Familiarity with firewalls, backup systems, patching processes, and license management is a plus
• Valid German driver's license (Class B)
