Senior Business Development & Strategy Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-learning organization seeking a Senior Business Development & Strategy Manager to join their team in Augsburg with remote flexibility.

In this role, you will:

• Support executive leadership in strategic development and prepare key business decisions with structured analysis
• Analyze markets, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Lead strategic projects and initiatives independently from concept through implementation, leveraging automation and internal synergies
• Drive critical growth initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Support daily operations at the executive level, ensuring strategic ideas translate into clear actions, responsibilities, and measurable results

What We're Looking For

• Completed university degree with approximately 4 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Venture Development, Business Development, or comparable roles
• Proven track record in corporate strategy, growth strategy, or go-to-market strategy with ability to quickly structure complex topics
• Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and structured, independent working style
• Clear and effective communication skills with high affinity for digital products and technologies
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Experience in startup, scale-up, SaaS, or strategy/management consulting environments is a plus
• Willingness to be regularly on-site in Augsburg and available for occasional business travel
