Wir vertreten einen etablierten B2B-SaaS-Anbieter bei der Suche nach einem Customer Support Manager (m/w/d) für den Standort Frankfurt am Main. Unser Mandant betreibt eine branchenspezifische Planungslösung und sucht eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Kunden kompetent begleitet und Support-Prozesse aktiv mitgestaltet.
In dieser Position arbeiten Sie an der Schnittstelle zwischen Technologie und Kundenanforderungen, lösen technische sowie funktionale Anfragen und tragen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Support-Qualität bei.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Erste Anlaufstelle im 1st Level Support für Kundenanfragen
- Entgegennahme, Analyse und Lösung von Supportanfragen über moderne Ticketsysteme
- Beratung von Kunden bei technischen und funktionalen Fragen zur SaaS-Anwendung
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Anfragen unter Nutzung von Datenbanken und Support-Tools
- Identifikation von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten und Weitergabe von Produktfeedback an interne Teams
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Support-Dokumentation sowie Beiträge zur Wissensdatenbank
Was wir suchen
- Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit AI-Tools und Begeisterung für deren Einsatz im Arbeitsalltag
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt, idealerweise im Customer Success Management, Support, Projektmanagement oder Account Management
- Technische Affinität und Begeisterung für Business-Software
- Analytische, zielorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Entwicklung kundenorientierter Lösungen
- Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in verschiedene Aspekte des Kundenmanagements
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Architektur- oder Ingenieurbranche ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
