About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking an Associate Director of Carrier Compliance to join their growing team. This remote leadership role focuses on Medicare Advantage sales compliance oversight, managing a team of compliance professionals who monitor field and call center agent activities across carrier relationships.
Reporting to the Director of Compliance, you will lead compliance strategy, maintain critical carrier partnerships, and ensure adherence to federal and state regulations while supporting business growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 4 Senior Compliance Professionals aligned with health plan carriers
- Develop and implement ongoing oversight and monitoring strategies for agent and agency sales activities
- Review agent and agency sales allegations and determine appropriate corrective actions
- Collaborate with senior sales leadership, carrier partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Provide consultation and guidance to contracted sales partners on compliance matters
- Research compliance issues and recommend changes to ensure contract obligation adherence
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with health plan carriers
- Coordinate carrier compliance implementations as needed
- Oversee issue resolution, mitigation, and remediation processes
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of direct experience with Medicare Advantage
- 5+ years of management experience leading and developing teams with direct reports
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to influence senior leadership effectively
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Home office internet meeting minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
- Dedicated workspace to protect member PHI and HIPAA information
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, Juris Doctor, or other graduate degree
Work Arrangement: Remote position within the United States with occasional travel required for training or meetings.
