People Insights Analyst

Takeda is hiring a People Insights Analyst in MEX - Santa Fe for a full-time position. This role offers an opportunity to drive organizational effectiveness through data-informed workforce insights and strategic people analytics.

About This Position

The People Insights Analyst plays a critical role in transforming employee and organizational data into actionable intelligence. You'll partner with Human Resources and business leaders to uncover workforce trends, support talent decisions, and optimize people strategies across the organization. This is a hands-on, analytical position ideal for professionals who combine strong technical skills with a genuine interest in organizational development and employee experience.

Core Duties

• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform HR strategy and business decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to track key people metrics and organizational performance indicators
• Support talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives through data analysis and recommendations
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and operational leaders to define business questions and design analytical solutions
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations translating complex data into clear, strategic insights for stakeholders
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support organizational planning, restructuring, and people strategy initiatives

Who We're Looking For

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail
• Experience with workforce analytics, human resources reporting, or organizational data analysis
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR metrics (turnover, engagement, compensation analysis)
• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, human resources, or related field
