About This Role
Our talent team is representing a confidential AI technology client expanding their partnerships organization across Northern Europe. This is a high-impact opportunity to architect and scale a partner ecosystem from the ground up, with exceptional exposure to the UK, Ireland, and Nordic markets.
You'll drive strategic relationships with global systems integrators and regional technology partners, building co-sell frameworks, joint solutions, and go-to-market initiatives that accelerate enterprise adoption. This critical role combines partner management across Europe with building regional partnership foundations for future scale.
Based in London with regular travel to the Nordics and Paris, you'll report to European GSI leadership and work closely with regional go-to-market teams to co-define and execute partnership strategy.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the GSI partner ecosystem model across Northern Europe, establishing frameworks that align enterprise goals with scalable revenue models
- Define multi-year strategic roadmaps with major systems integrators to accelerate co-selling motions, technical alignment, and joint pipeline expansion
- Spearhead regional partner-led revenue generation, surpassing growth targets through systematic joint deal acceleration and high-impact execution
- Establish executive alignment and field resolution standards across partner networks to maximize strategic velocity in large enterprise deals
- Build comprehensive performance insights and analytical models to track partnership health, ROI, and long-term ecosystem value
- Scale SI delivery capabilities through specialized enablement programs, ensuring partners become force multipliers for enterprise deployment
- Embed robust co-sell engagement rules, attribution frameworks, and deal registration workflows to drive Tier 1 opportunity conversion
- Champion cross-functional collaboration across Solution Architects, Enablement, Marketing, and Product teams for seamless partnership delivery
- Lead Monthly Business Reviews and executive synchronization with regional leadership to sustain strategic alignment
- Provide strategic feedback to product and engineering leadership, aligning roadmap with Northern Europe enterprise needs
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years proven GSI/account executive track record with a builder mindset
- Technical credibility: ability to discuss AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and deployment architectures; experience with large language models strongly preferred
- Executive stakeholder management: experience working with C-level leadership at partner organizations, with high maturity in communication and influence
- Market expertise: strong network and understanding of the Northern Europe technology ecosystem and regional variations
- Scale and ambiguity mindset: experience in fast-growing environments, comfortable navigating evolving priorities with high autonomy
- Industry background in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or infrastructure; exposure to AI, data, or developer-focused products strongly preferred
- English fluency required
- Based in or able to relocate to London; regular travel to Nordics and Paris expected
