About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential family office in the health and wellness sector. Our client operates a diversified portfolio spanning digital products, consumer brands, and B2B services across multiple European markets. They work closely with a network of content creators and are expanding their cosmetics and software operations.

This is a high-impact generalist role working directly with senior leadership. You will own zero-to-one initiatives across unrelated business lines—turning a conversation into a finished project without a playbook. If you're an AI-native problem-solver who closes loops fast and prefers autonomy over hand-holding, this role offers rare scope and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end to end across cosmetics, software, health, and corporate operations—sourcing suppliers, negotiating terms, managing samples, reviewing contracts, and delivering structured recommendations
• Turn open-ended research into clear, decision-ready comparisons and proposals
• Coordinate company formations with legal, accounting, and tax advisors across multiple jurisdictions
• Build operational infrastructure from scratch—trackers, dashboards, automations—using AI to solve problems rather than requesting headcount
• Keep multiple unrelated workstreams moving in parallel and ensure timely completion, including work delegated to others
• Support financial planning and controlling across the portfolio as the role matures
• Contribute to marketing oversight—analyzing paid acquisition, A/B test results, and holding specialists accountable
• Participate in recruiting activities, including outreach, screening, and hiring decisions
• Embed with operating teams on the highest-priority challenges each month

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years in a role requiring independent problem-solving—consulting, startups, agencies, or founding your own venture (titles matter less than demonstrated resourcefulness)
• Exceptional raw problem-solving ability; be prepared to share a hard, messy challenge you've solved and your approach
• Excellent written and spoken English for negotiation and stakeholder communication
• Daily AI user who can walk us through your actual workflows, not just tool names
• Comfortable with quantitative work and contract review—you can build clean comparison models and read supplier agreements without escalation
• Not a developer, but able to run and sanity-check AI-generated outputs
• Full-time availability; this must be your only professional commitment
• Location within 3 hours of CET/EET time zones

Preferred:

• Experience in e-commerce, product launches, or performance marketing
• Background sourcing from and communicating with international manufacturers
• Exposure to startup, family office, or multi-entity environments
• German language skills

The ideal candidate prefers goals over task lists, is comfortable being the only person on a project, decides next steps independently, moves unusually fast, closes loops without reminders, and uses AI to multiply output. You tell leadership when an idea won't work and don't need reassurance when occasionally wrong.

Engagement Details

This is a full-time, remote position structured as an independent contractor arrangement. You will be responsible for tax and legal compliance in your country of residence. The client covers all necessary AI tooling and software subscriptions. Compensation is reviewed after twelve months, and the role offers a clear growth path toward chief of staff responsibilities with expanding scope across the portfolio.
