About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential software development organization based in the United States. Our client is seeking a remote, part-time Full Stack Developer with strong Laravel and React expertise to join their team immediately. This is a long-term role offering stability, professional development opportunities with senior engineers, meaningful project work, annual raises, and performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack web applications using Laravel and React
- Develop clean, maintainable code across the entire technology stack
- Collaborate with lead developers and participate in code reviews
- Attend team meetings during core collaboration hours (9 AM - 12 PM EST)
- Work independently on assigned features and improvements
- Contribute to database design and optimization using MySQL
- Manage version control workflows using Git
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of professional experience with Laravel and PHP
- At least 3 years of professional experience with React and JavaScript
- Strong proficiency in CSS and front-end development
- Solid MySQL database experience
- Proficient with Git version control
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- 4-year Computer Science degree or equivalent professional experience
- Available for meetings between 9 AM and 12 PM EST (flexible schedule outside these hours)
- Willingness to complete identity verification
- Comfort with technical assessments as part of the hiring process
