About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential technology infrastructure provider seeking a Customer Support Specialist for night shift operations in Poland. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud, CDN, and hosting technologies while supporting a global user base.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to customers and internal users via chat, email, and occasionally phone in English
- Deliver consultations on cloud computing, content delivery, hosting, and AI-powered services
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues through systematic troubleshooting
- Collect detailed information about customer incidents and escalate to higher-level support teams when appropriate
- Document support interactions and maintain accurate records
Schedule: This position operates on a rotating schedule of two consecutive night shifts (19:00-07:00, including a 1-hour break), followed by two days off.
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of technical support experience
- Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, MAC addressing, ping, and traceroute
- Solid understanding of hardware and software diagnostics, including log analysis
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Excellent customer advocacy and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and organizational skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, simple terms
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication abilities
- Skilled at task prioritization in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms, content delivery networks, or hosting services
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and API interactions
