Werkstudent (w/m/d) Business Development

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in the DACH region. In this working student role, you will support business development initiatives at the intersection of operations, technology, and automation. Your responsibilities include:

• Identifying and testing new AI tools and automation solutions to optimize internal processes
• Supporting the conception and implementation of technical and strategic e-commerce projects
• Conducting data-driven analyses to improve performance across the value chain
• Working cross-functionally across departments on rotating project priorities
• Contributing pragmatic solutions to day-to-day operational challenges

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong affinity for technology and AI, with genuine interest in modern software solutions
• Solid business thinking and analytical understanding
• Enthusiasm for online retail and data-driven work
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
