Responsibilities

- Qualify prospects for the sales pipeline based on established criteria
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in the CRM system
- Gather market insights from prospects to inform product development and marketing initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in sales development or a similar role, preferably within the software industry
- Familiarity with selling software solutions such as HR platforms, business process automation tools, or cybersecurity products
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proactive self-starter who can work independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and virtual communication platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
