Senior Creative Strategist – Social Ads / UGC (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential e-commerce organization in Hamburg that has achieved remarkable growth in the European footwear market. We're seeking a Senior Creative Strategist focused on social advertising and user-generated content to join their expanding marketing department.

This role offers the opportunity to develop performance-driven creative campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube while working closely with experienced marketing professionals in a fast-paced, data-informed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop advertising concepts and creative strategies for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube campaigns
• Analyze successful advertisements, emerging trends, and competitor activity across social platforms
• Create new hooks, angles, and storytelling approaches for social advertising
• Write creative briefings for content creators and UGC creators
• Research target audiences, identifying pain points and purchase motivations
• Evaluate creative testing results in collaboration with the marketing team
• Contribute to the development of new advertising formats and campaigns
• Support international marketing initiatives
• Monitor current social media trends and platform updates
• Collaborate closely with performance marketing, content, and brand teams

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Psychology, Business, or a comparable field
• Practical experience through internships, working student positions, personal projects, or social media activities (preferred)
• Strong interest in advertising, social media, e-commerce, and consumer psychology
• Intuitive understanding of why certain content goes viral while other content is ignored
• Analytical thinking combined with strong creative instincts
• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and digital tools
• Excellent German and English language skills
• High learning agility and desire to take on responsibility quickly
• Structured and independent working style
• Motivation to learn extensively in a performance-oriented environment
