Responsibilities

• Support qualitative research and consulting projects, ensuring delivery meets established timelines and quality standards
• Conduct qualitative interviews with stakeholders and analyze data to generate meaningful insights
• Apply consulting methodologies to contribute to client deliverables and project documentation
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional project teams
• Maintain professional stakeholder relationships and support client communications under senior guidance
• Prepare presentations and support operational project activities
• Participate in professional development initiatives and continuous improvement programs

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, health sciences, public health, or related discipline
• 1-2 years of experience conducting qualitative interviews and performing data analysis
• Proficiency with qualitative analysis software tools such as Atlas.ti or NVivo
• Strong qualitative research and analytical skills
• Client-focused mindset with commitment to quality deliverables
• Problem-solving abilities and results-driven approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven team collaboration capabilities and cross-cultural effectiveness
• Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous
• Prior experience in healthcare, life sciences, research, or consulting environments strongly preferred
