About This Role
Our talent team is representing a confidential manufacturing organization seeking an SAP CPQ Developer for their India operations. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Mahārāshtra, working with enterprise cloud solutions that support global business operations.
As a full stack developer, you'll be responsible for delivering complete technology solutions within the SAP CPQ Cloud platform, including configuration, business logic, front-end development, and deployment. You'll work closely with business analysts and architects to transform requirements into high-functioning solutions that integrate across ERP, CRM, and PLM systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SAP CPQ Cloud solutions using Iron Python and.NET technologies
- Create custom scripts, formulas, and workflows for products, pricing, and quoting processes
- Enhance user interfaces using Responsive Templates within SAP CPQ
- Design and build REST APIs for transaction and master data exchange
- Perform configuration, customization, and performance tuning of SAP CPQ Cloud
- Integrate SAP CPQ with enterprise systems using middleware applications
- Build, test, and debug high-quality code to ensure optimal functionality
- Identify maintenance needs and implement system upgrades for security and efficiency
- Create and maintain detailed system documentation
- Collaborate with business users, DevOps teams, and implementation partners on technical issues
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 3+ years relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 5+ years experience, or 7+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years of professional programming experience in Microsoft.NET technologies and Iron Python
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CPQ customization including products, pricing, quoting, custom actions, workflows, and output generation
- Strong understanding of object-oriented development methodology
- Experience integrating SAP CPQ using middleware applications such as CPI, S4Hana, or webMethods
- Demonstrated ability to create iron python scripts and formulas within SAP CPQ
- Experience designing and building REST APIs
- Strong interpersonal communication and training skills
- Customer service mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Project management and problem-solving capabilities
- Portfolio of work examples demonstrating technical capabilities
