Lead Data Scientist

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join their expanding data science function in Cardiff. In this senior role, you will:

• Lead data strategy initiatives to enhance customer experience and product development
• Develop and execute best practices for experimentation frameworks, enabling data-informed decision making across the organization
• Establish standards for data work across teams, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of data practices
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, and research leaders to build and iterate on product concepts
• Mentor data scientists and analytics engineers, helping to elevate the capabilities of the entire team
