Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential manufacturing organization in Baruth/Mark seeking an Automatisierungstechniker (m/w/d). In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement improvement processes for optimizing production equipment during ongoing operations
- Optimize, expand, maintain, and independently troubleshoot production and supply systems in electrical engineering and automation
- Support and independently commission system modifications and expansions
- Modify and adapt control and visualization programs, as well as control and drive parameters
- Program and configure Siemens S7 systems, HMI applications, drive technology, and maintain fieldbus and network systems
- Manage automation technology projects considering costs, deadlines, and quality requirements
- Conduct damage potential and vulnerability analyses and develop targeted solutions
- Participate in the planning, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems
- Create and update technical documentation
- Guide, plan deployment, and supervise internal and external personnel
- Participate in on-call duty rotation
What We're Looking For
- Minimum requirement: completed apprenticeship as Elektroniker (m/w/d) with several years of relevant professional experience in automation technology (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker or completed degree in electrical engineering with focus on automation technology preferred)
- Solid knowledge working with automated production systems
- Proficient in programming Siemens S7 controls (S7-Classic and TIA Portal)
- Experience with visualization systems and HMI applications (TIA Portal and AVEVA InTouch)
- Knowledge of drive technology (SEW, Siemens Sinamics) and fieldbus systems (Profinet, Profibus)
- Experience with circuit diagram creation in E-Plan P8 is advantageous
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
