Werkstudent Strategie & Business Development (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in Berlin that is developing innovative digital health solutions. Our client is building a new venture focused on expanding access to preventive care and telehealth services. They are seeking a working student to join their strategy and business development team and play a central role in shaping the future of their HealthTech initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with entrepreneurial spirit who wants hands-on experience in venture development within a dynamic, fast-growing healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, competitive, and potential analyses as well as literature and desk research to identify new growth areas and derive strategic recommendations
• Support the development and validation of new business models and accompany their evolution through to implementation
• Build strategic partnerships and develop structured cooperations with external stakeholders
• Prepare concepts, business cases, and decision documents for internal and external stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
• Analyze processes, structure requirements, and independently manage projects to continuously advance digital healthcare offerings

What We're Looking For

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation, proactive approach, willingness to take responsibility, creative thinking, and readiness to go the extra mile for excellent results
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work through complex questions systematically, prepare metrics and business cases, and derive well-founded recommendations
• Independent and structured working style with ability to maintain overview even with uncertainty, changing priorities, or multiple parallel projects
• Quick information processing skills with ability to capture, critically evaluate, and prepare new information for different audiences; clear communication style and openness to feedback
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and foundational Excel skills for data analysis and preparation
• Genuine interest in the healthcare market, digital innovation, and HealthTech
• Ideally, initial practical experience in business development, venture development, HealthTech, or a comparable dynamic environment
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Currently enrolled as a student (Werkstudent position)
