About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential AI infrastructure organization in their search for a Founding Enterprise Account Executive based in London. This is a rare opportunity to be the first enterprise sales hire for the UK and Nordics region, working with cutting-edge search and retrieval technology that powers AI applications and agents.
As the founding Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle across strategic enterprise accounts and help define the go-to-market motion for the region. You'll work directly with leadership to establish market presence and shape the future of the business in EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise sales across the UK and Nordics from initial prospecting through contract close
- Build and manage pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic partnerships, industry events, and professional networks
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with technical, business, and executive buyers
- Apply MEDDPICC qualification and Command of the Message methodologies throughout the sales process
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams to ensure customer success and provide product feedback
- Consistently exceed revenue targets and deliver accurate sales forecasts
- Help establish regional sales processes and best practices as the founding sales team member
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS, AI, infrastructure, cloud, or developer-tool sales experience
- Proven track record closing complex six- and seven-figure deals
- Strong MEDDPICC discipline and value-based selling skills
- Demonstrated ability to sell to both technical and executive audiences
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building from zero to one
- Thrives in fast-moving, high-growth startup environments
- Located in or willing to relocate to the United Kingdom
- Must be authorized to work in the UK
