Solutions Architect, EMEA

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential blockchain infrastructure organization seeking a Solutions Architect for the EMEA region. In this role, you will own the technical delivery of enterprise implementations for major banks and financial institutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Taking end-to-end accountability for solutions from deal close through to production deployment
• Defining enterprise customer setups including API integrations, security architecture, and comprehensive documentation
• Leading complex integrations across core banking systems, custody platforms, tokenisation solutions, and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Developing reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and deployment playbooks to scale delivery across the region
• Serving as the technical bridge between sales, product, engineering, and customer teams to resolve complex integration challenges
• Contributing to strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design expertise
• Maintaining operational excellence and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the delivery lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proven track record delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments
• Experience in either blockchain/cryptography/Web3 technologies OR banks/financial institutions/enterprise financial systems (one required, both highly advantageous)
• Hands-on software development experience and strong technical problem-solving skills
• Deep knowledge of IT security principles and proven experience with cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture patterns and best practices
• Demonstrated technical leadership, including mentoring engineers or architects and establishing technical standards
• Pre-sales exposure through solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional EMEA languages are advantageous
