QA Tester

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a QA Tester to join their team remotely from Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining software applications while ensuring quality and proper functionality
• Performing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Identifying, documenting, and resolving incidents and defects throughout the development lifecycle
• Participating in code reviews and validation of deliverables
• Executing deployment activities in test environments
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and validate solutions
• Ensuring compliance with technical standards and quality benchmarks
• Supporting automation initiatives and continuous improvement processes
• Managing integration with external platforms and databases

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in application development and support
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and software testing practices
• Proficiency with databases and SQL queries
• Experience working within Agile methodologies
• Intermediate English skills (desirable)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
