About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting organization seeking a (Senior) Consultant to join their Production & Operations practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic transformation and operational improvement projects across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering sectors. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to help clients achieve measurable performance improvements and navigate complex business challenges.

Location: Hamburg, München, Düsseldorf, or remote within Germany

Responsibilities

• Support transformation and operational improvement initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering environments
• Analyze business processes and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
• Contribute to the design of target operating models, governance structures, and transformation roadmaps
• Support operational strategy and optimization projects across various industrial contexts
• Apply lean and continuous improvement methodologies to drive efficiency, quality, and business outcomes
• Develop client deliverables and facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement, and project execution activities

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on transformation and operational improvement projects in manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering environments
• University degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a comparable field
• Understanding of operational processes, continuous improvement methodologies, and transformation initiatives in industrial settings
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively across different stakeholder groups
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel based on client and project requirements
• Analytical thinking combined with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• High degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality
