About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential faith-based nonprofit organization seeking Digital Outreach Volunteers to serve remotely across the United States. This is a volunteer position with no monetary compensation. Our client connects with individuals and families worldwide through digital platforms, offering spiritual support, encouragement, and resources.
As a volunteer, you will engage with online communities discussing topics related to marriage, parenting, faith, and cultural issues. Self-led training will be provided before you begin outreach activities.
Responsibilities
- Connect with people remotely through social platforms, discussion boards, forums, and blogs
- Offer encouragement, prayer, and spiritual support to individuals seeking guidance
- Direct community members toward helpful resources that support their spiritual and family life
- Engage with online communities discussing marriage, parenting, child development, and faith topics
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate teamwork within the volunteer program
- Represent the organization professionally in all online interactions
- Complete self-led training and participate in ongoing coaching
What We're Looking For
- Must reside in the United States
- Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to Christian ministry
- Basic computer and writing skills
- Access to a computer (desktop or laptop) or tablet with high-speed internet connection
- Active or willingness to create a Yahoo or Gmail account
- Passion for encouraging people and sharing stories of hope
- Comfortable engaging in online communities with discernment and empathy
- Willingness to serve others with kindness and Christ-like attitude
- Teachable spirit with desire to learn and grow
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries
