About This Opportunity
We are representing a fast-scaling logistics technology company in London that is redefining how goods move in the digital economy. Our client has secured one of Europe's largest Series A rounds and is growing faster than the vast majority of venture-backed startups. They've built a talent-dense engineering organization of over 110 people, with more than half focused on engineering, product, and data.
This is a hybrid role based in London, requiring on-site collaboration several days per week. You'll join a team that values first-principles thinking, tight feedback loops, and relentless experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter with a deep focus on user experience
- Take end-to-end ownership of complex real-world problems, such as implementing machine vision for delivery verification
- Work across the full technology stack, from mobile interfaces down through data infrastructure
- Collaborate with team members across engineering, product, operations, and field teams
- Spend time in the field to understand how your technology impacts couriers and end users
- Contribute to cloud-native architecture on GCP, including BigQuery and Cloud Run implementations
- Participate in ML modeling and LLM inference work as part of daily operations
What We're Looking For
- Strong mobile engineering fundamentals with proven experience in Flutter or similar cross-platform frameworks
- Full-stack capabilities and comfort working across Python, Rust, TypeScript, or similar languages
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
- Ability to take ownership from problem definition through to measurable impact
- Entrepreneurial drive combined with technical rigor
- Commitment to continuous improvement and rapid iteration
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
- Interest in applying technology to physical-world problems
- Advanced degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field is valued but not required
