Partnership Manager – Accountant Sector

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing health insurance technology company in France seeking a Partnership Manager to develop and manage relationships with accounting firms and accountant networks. This is a strategic role focused on building a scalable partner ecosystem that generates qualified business opportunities through the accountant channel.

In this position, you will identify high-potential accounting firms, develop long-term partnerships, and help accountants recommend our client's insurance solutions to their business clients. You will own the partnership lifecycle from initial outreach through activation and ongoing relationship management, working closely with sales and marketing teams to convert partner referrals into new business.

Location: Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Biarritz, Nantes, or Annecy, France (hybrid work arrangement available)

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and develop relationships with high-potential accounting firms and accountant networks across France
• Lead partnership discussions from initial contact through onboarding, launch, and ongoing development
• Build engagement plans and enablement programs that activate partners and generate qualified sales opportunities
• Manage a portfolio of partners, tracking performance metrics and optimizing partnership outcomes
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of partner-generated leads and opportunities
• Contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, tools, and processes for the accountant partnerships channel
• Share insights and recommendations with product, marketing, and operations teams to improve the partner experience
• Support partners in understanding product value and how to effectively recommend solutions to their clients

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or customer success in B2B environments
• Proven track record managing partnerships throughout the full lifecycle, from prospecting and closing to activation and ongoing management
• Experience managing a portfolio of partners, ideally in a fast-growing technology or SaaS company
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Data-oriented mindset with ability to track performance, analyze metrics, and prioritize opportunities
• Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, product, data, and operations teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and ability to work autonomously in an environment with room to build
• Full professional fluency in French and professional fluency in English
• Experience with B2B distribution partnerships where third parties recommend or distribute solutions to their customers (strongly preferred)
• Experience working with accounting firms, payroll providers, HR software, or insurance companies is a significant plus
