Customer Success Manager | Onboarding & Betrieb (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential PropTech organization building AI-powered workflow automation for the real estate operations sector. As their first Customer Success Manager, you will own the complete customer journey from signed contract through stable production use. This is a founding role reporting directly to leadership.

Your core responsibilities include:

• End-to-end onboarding execution: system integrations, workflow configuration, and user training from sales handoff to production launch
• Building customer confidence in AI-driven processes through data-backed milestone progression, moving clients from manual review of every transaction to automated handling of proven categories
• Direct problem resolution for edge cases, escalations, and technical questions—bringing engineering in only when necessary
• Structured feedback loops: surfacing patterns, blockers, and workflow gaps to product and sales teams
• Designing scalable customer success operations—onboarding playbooks, training materials, and success metrics that work at 10x volume

You will own outcomes, not just accounts: volume of automated transactions, capacity freed for customers, and contract renewals.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings:

• 2–5 years in customer-facing roles within B2B SaaS: customer success, onboarding, or implementation
• Demonstrated track record building long-term customer relationships with measurable business outcomes
• Technical curiosity and hands-on capability with AI tools, system integrations, and configuration work
• Experience building or evolving onboarding and customer success processes from scratch
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users with patience and precision
• Strong prioritization skills managing multiple parallel onboardings without losing oversight
• Operator mindset: you own decisions, form opinions, and deliver results rather than managing process
• Native-level German language skills required; residence in DACH region

Bonus: familiarity with real estate property management operations or ability to quickly learn how facility managers think, prioritize, and work under pressure.
