Business Analytics Intern (f/m/x)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy technology company seeking a Business Analytics Intern to join their team in Germany (remote). In this role, you will:

• Analyze core business, product, and performance KPIs to identify relevant trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities
• Investigate user behavior, customer funnels, and business processes to derive data-driven insights
• Process large datasets, structure analyses, and develop meaningful reports and dashboards
• Translate complex data analyses into clear action recommendations for business and product decisions
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and answer key business questions using data-based approaches
• Support forecasts, business cases, and profitability analyses
• Collaborate with relevant teams to develop KPI structures and help establish data-driven decision-making across the organization

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in Economics, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a comparable degree program
• Strong affinity for numbers, data, and analytical problem-solving
• Ability to analyze complex situations in a structured manner and derive clear insights
• Proficiency with Excel; ideally some experience with SQL, Python, BI tools, or data visualization
• Careful, detail-oriented work style with enthusiasm for understanding root causes and developing data-based solutions
• Interest in how data can be used to make better business decisions
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken

Pay
