Venture Building Internship – New Venture (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential renewable energy technology company in Berlin for a Venture Building Internship focused on new business development. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in founder mode on strategic new ventures within a fast-scaling organization that's driving the energy transition across Germany.

You'll take end-to-end ownership of pilot projects, from market analysis and customer acquisition through to operational execution, working directly with C-level leadership on the company's most strategically important initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Quantify market potential for the client's current strategic new venture and conduct feasibility analyses in collaboration with internal expert networks
• Own pilot projects end-to-end in "founder mode": customer acquisition, project planning, and on-site operational support
• Prepare strategic materials for C-level check-ins and directly support management decision-making
• Design and implement scalable sales and operations processes to enable nationwide product rollout
• Facilitate internal workshops to identify additional growth opportunities and improve cross-organizational collaboration

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier business school with strong academic performance
• Prior work experience or internships in fast-growing companies (startups) or management consulting
• Proactive, solution-oriented working style with strong ownership mentality
• Highly analytical approach with ability to deconstruct complex problems and communicate insights in structured, top-down format
• Excellent practical judgment and ability to prioritize consistently using the 80/20 principle
• Goal-driven work ethic with high degree of personal responsibility
• High quality standards for yourself and others, with a can-do mentality that motivates teams
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Interest in the renewable energy sector and sustainable business models
