Functional Consultant & Project Manager

We're seeking a Functional Consultant & Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of AI-powered enterprise automation solutions. You'll work at the intersection of business and technology, helping organizations reimagine their processes and achieve measurable results through automation.

This is a full-time position based remotely in Germany, with regular collaboration opportunities at the company's central European headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete implementation journey from requirements gathering through delivery, ensuring high customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
• Design scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business objectives
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical challenges and ensure successful integration with existing systems
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, anticipating needs and ensuring they realize the full potential of automation solutions
• Partner with sales teams to design implementation plans aligned with customer requirements and drive product adoption
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for platform evolution
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders across the organization

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management
• Excellent project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to translate business needs into technical action
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence presenting to native-speaking clients

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with enterprise resource planning environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows
