About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading law firm specializing in employment law and workplace matters. Our client is at the forefront of legal innovation, actively integrating artificial intelligence and legal tech solutions into their practice. They are seeking a working student to join their Innovation Management team in Berlin for approximately 20 hours per week.

This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital transformation within a professional services environment. You'll work directly with cutting-edge AI tools and legal tech products while contributing to strategic innovation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and management of legal tech products and AI solutions in daily operations
• Document ongoing projects and prepare progress reports to support effective project steering
• Coordinate internal knowledge-sharing sessions on AI applications and assist in building AI competencies across the organization
• Facilitate communication between colleagues, clients, and external partners regarding digital solutions
• Participate in AI strategy development and test new AI tools and platforms
• Help drive the successful adoption of innovative technologies within the firm

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Business Law, Project Management, or a comparable program with at least four semesters remaining
• Initial experience in project management with a structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, new technologies, and innovative working methods—willingness to learn is more important than deep technical expertise
• Excellent communication skills and hands-on mentality when working with diverse stakeholders
• Very good German language skills and good English proficiency
• Confident use of Microsoft 365; experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools is a plus
• Prior experience in consulting, professional services, or law firm environments is beneficial but not required
