AI Go-live intern

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential AI software client seeking an intern to support their deployment and go-live processes. In this role, you will:

• Support onboarding outcomes by tracking success metrics and customer KPIs including quality, reliability, and time-to-value
• Execute onboarding cycles using internal tools, then help iterate and refine processes as new data and edge cases emerge
• Review input data quality and flag issues early, such as camera positioning, occlusion, anonymization, variance, and missing detections
• Identify and document edge cases and process variance; contribute to building a diverse and up-to-date dataset
• Communicate progress, metrics movement, and blockers clearly to your team while suggesting concrete next steps
• Improve onboarding processes over time by developing checklists, documentation, templates, and tool improvement recommendations based on real usage
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure camera setups deliver reliable onboarding and cross-station consistency

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a candidate who brings:

• Current enrollment as a student or recent graduate interested in structured execution roles such as implementation, QA, solutions engineering, operations/industrial engineering, or data operations
• A metrics-minded approach: you enjoy defining success criteria, tracking performance, and driving continuous improvement
• Strong attention to detail and reliability with process execution, including excellent documentation habits
• Fast, concise communication skills with the ability to raise issues early and clearly
• A strong ownership mindset: you follow through on commitments and continue improving beyond initial implementation
• Comfort working with technical systems (no machine learning background required, but ability to reason about system inputs and symptoms)
• Manufacturing or process exposure is a strong plus
