Mobility Robotics Engineer (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology venture working on advanced mobility solutions. Our client is backed by accomplished serial entrepreneurs and is launching a new initiative from the ground up. They need an exceptional robotics engineer who thrives in zero-to-one environments and wants maximum ownership over technical architecture and execution.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates in Europe or the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core zero-to-one initiatives in mobility robotics
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps
• Drive rapid implementation from prototype through production systems
• Architect scalable robotics solutions with complete technical autonomy
• Drive critical technical milestones to position the initiative for rapid growth
• Report directly to the department founder and collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders

What We're Looking For

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to remote/relocation arrangements)
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise in mobility robotics
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of technical initiatives
• Track record building from zero to one without corporate bureaucracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Passion for fast execution and achieving rapid market validation
