High-Ticket Sales Account Executive For Premium PR Services

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential public relations agency seeking experienced High-Ticket Sales Account Executives to join their independent contractor sales team. This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor role with qualified inbound leads provided.

Our client is a nationally recognized PR firm that generates a consistent flow of qualified leads. They need proven closers who can work with business decision-makers to present premium PR solutions and close high-value deals.

Important: This is a strictly commission-only position. There is no base salary, hourly wage, guaranteed income, or employee benefits. Compensation is entirely performance-based with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Work qualified inbound leads provided by the client
• Conduct discovery and sales calls with founders, executives, and business leaders
• Sell high-ticket PR packages and recurring services
• Manage objections, follow up consistently, and close deals
• Maintain accurate notes and deal stages in the CRM system
• Coordinate smooth handoff of closed clients to the delivery team
• Make yourself available during evenings, weekends, and holidays when decision-makers are most responsive

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record closing high-ticket B2B products or services
• Strong discovery, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Confidence communicating with C-level executives and founders
• Self-directed, competitive, and accountable work style
• Consistent follow-through and clean CRM management practices
• Willingness and interest in pursuing opportunities during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience selling PR, marketing, SaaS, consulting, or professional services preferred

Compensation Structure
