About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS marketplace client in their search for a Business Development Executive based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels to engage key decision-makers
- Present product demonstrations to prospective partners and close new business
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signature
- Perform needs analysis and cost-benefit discussions to align solutions with partner objectives
- Follow up on 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and document activities in CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and experience
- Monitor market trends and provide intelligence on competitive landscape
- Serve as primary commercial contact for new partners during the acquisition phase
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in B2B sales with demonstrable success
- Language: Fluency in Bulgarian and English required; additional languages a strong plus
- Industry background: SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms highly desirable
