(Senior) Business Development Representative France (f/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing European data intelligence company that is expanding into the French market. Our client has achieved exceptional traction in the DACH region and is now building their outbound sales engine across France. This is a unique ground-floor opportunity to join a high-velocity sales team and advance quickly into a closing role.

As a Business Development Representative focused on France, you'll be opening new territory and building the foundation for French market expansion. You'll work closely with a GTM team that has already proven the model—cold calling drives real pipeline, and this role is your fast track into Account Executive responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-velocity outbound prospecting with cold calling as your primary channel, supported by email and LinkedIn outreach
• Qualify prospects by assessing pain points, urgency, budget authority, and stakeholder alignment before booking meetings
• Conduct discovery calls with C-level prospects to define use cases and convert interest into qualified opportunities
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM, tracking stages, notes, and funnel metrics
• Continuously refine scripts, messaging, segmentation, and tooling to improve conversion rates
• Build genuine relationships with prospects from first contact through handoff or close

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication skills in French and English (German is a strong plus)
• Motivation to build from the ground up in a hands-on, high-growth environment
• Comfort with cold calling and engaging prospects to understand their needs
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on hitting targets and driving outcomes
• Analytical approach to pipeline management—treating your funnel like a product you constantly improve
• Eagerness to learn and advance quickly into a closing role (promotion to Account Executive typically within 3-6 months)
• Willingness to work on-site in Munich (relocation support available within Europe)

Pay

The client offers a target compensation structure of €70,000 to €100,000 with uncapped upside, equity, and a €5,000 referral bonus. Pay via Get A Job.ai will be discussed during the screening process and is based on experience and market rates.
