About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare technology organization seeking a Sr Business Systems Analyst to join their patient support programs division. This fully remote position is based in the United States and offers the opportunity to work on meaningful solutions that help patients access critical treatments.

In this role, you'll serve as a bridge between technical solutions and client-facing teams, creating documentation and technical guides that enable patient access and affordability programs. You'll architect integration points, visualize customer journeys, and ensure seamless communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, develop, and finalize technical content including guides and documentation for patient access and affordability programs from initiation through delivery
  • Assist in the development of integrated and custom solutions for healthcare clients
  • Architect and visualize integration points and customer journeys to help stakeholders understand complex workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on program requirements and deliverables
  • Provide high-touch support to client account management teams during program launches or for complex implementations
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on internal processes and solutions, mentoring and training new team members
  • Maintain detailed and organized documentation for both internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Provide backup support for team leads during extended absences

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) required
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, technical writing, and/or technical project management
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical landscape and copay or patient assistance programs
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task across multiple client assignments
  • Excellent visualization skills to document customer journeys and processes in a way that enables others to understand complex concepts
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and project teams to understand solutions and develop appropriate documentation
  • Outstanding communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
