React Engineer – Remote, Latin America

Our talent team is seeking a skilled React Engineer to join their rapidly growing development organization in Bolivia. This is a fully remote position ideal for engineers who thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments where quality and continuous learning are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality React applications for diverse client projects
• Work on large, complex systems that directly impact client business outcomes
• Create and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Contribute to shared libraries and technical documentation as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on project commitments and timelines
• Follow industry best practices and contribute to process improvements
• Take ownership of your work from estimation through deployment

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional software development experience (5+ years preferred)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React
• Proven track record working on large-scale, complex systems
• Four-year college degree required
• Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to work through difficult technical challenges
• Commitment to code quality, testing, and best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver polished work
• Positive mindset and collaborative approach to teamwork
• Strong ownership mentality and accountability for deliverables
