React Engineer – Remote, Latin America

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential software consultancy with operations across the Americas. Our client is expanding their engineering team and seeking a skilled React Engineer to join on a remote basis from Ecuador. Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Work on large-scale, complex systems for multiple client engagements
• Take ownership of your work from initial estimates through delivery and maintenance
• Create and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Contribute to shared libraries and help solve challenging technical problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client objectives
• Follow industry best practices and coding standards consistently

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional software development experience (5+ years preferred)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React in production environments
• Proven track record working on large, complex software systems
• Four-year college degree required
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables
• Ability to work through new and difficult technical challenges independently
• Experience with CI/CD practices and tools
• Forensic attention to detail and commitment to code quality
• Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
• Flexible working hours and self-management skills
