Manager, Solutions Architect – CEUR

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential DevSecOps platform organization seeking a Manager, Solutions Architect for Central and Eastern Europe. In this player-coach role, you will manage a distributed team of Solutions Architects while stepping directly into strategic opportunities to secure technical wins.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing a team of intermediate and senior Solutions Architects across the CEUR region, setting clear direction and enabling high-quality execution
• Partnering directly on strategic opportunities, building executive relationships, and coaching your team through complex sales cycles
• Guiding regional strategy for technical evaluations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements
• Working cross-functionally with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Product Management to align on priorities and regional goals
• Managing dotted-line relationships with Channel Solutions Architects and subject matter experts
• Maintaining operational discipline across workload planning, resource allocation, headcount planning, and opportunity forecasting
• Defining and tracking key performance indicators, communicating progress and priorities to stakeholders
• Hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing Solutions Architects while building a scalable regional organization

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings a combination of technical depth, team leadership experience, and strong business acumen:

• Experience managing technical teams in software or technology sales, pre-sales, consulting, or related environments across Central Europe
• Strong background in solution architecture with the ability to relate technical depth to customer business value
• Proven success developing, mentoring, and scaling Solutions Architecture practices in growing businesses
• Excellent communication and technical presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across cultures and with both technical and business stakeholders
• Demonstrated business acumen, balancing technical excellence with commercial outcomes and regional priorities
• Track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and building strong partnerships across Sales, Channel, Marketing, Enablement, and Product teams
• Experience building inclusive, high-performing teams and creating clear operating practices in a distributed or remote environment
• Genuine curiosity for AI, with experience incorporating AI tools into daily work to enhance productivity and customer engagement
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed
