Senior Corporate Sustainability Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client in their search for a Senior Corporate Sustainability Manager based in London. Our client is a forward-thinking organization in the travel technology sector with science-based net zero targets validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). This is a strategic role within a small, high-impact sustainability team reporting to senior leadership.

As the Senior Corporate Sustainability Manager, you will own the delivery of emissions reduction strategy with a primary focus on supplier engagement and scope 3 emissions. You will lead the ongoing implementation of a greenhouse gas data platform, act as an internal and external ambassador for corporate sustainability, and drive measurable progress on ESG ratings and disclosure frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of science-based emissions reduction strategy, with strong focus on supplier engagement and reducing scope 3 emissions
• Lead the rollout and adoption of Watershed (GHG data platform), ensuring full integration ahead of annual reporting cycles
• Act as the corporate sustainability ambassador, presenting progress and priorities to internal and external audiences
• Build strong working relationships with teams who own supplier relationships and drive engagement on net-zero commitments
• Support development and implementation of frameworks for sustainability-linked disclosure requirements
• Identify and lead workstreams that improve ESG ratings over time
• Help shape measurement and reporting approaches for emerging areas such as AI-related emissions where methodologies are still developing

What We're Looking For

• Experience driving corporate sustainability agendas forward, ideally within a progressive or tech-led organization
• Solid background implementing science-based target reduction plans or similar programmes
• Hands-on experience with GHG data platforms such as Watershed (strongly preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder influence skills across all organizational levels
• Confidence presenting to and engaging diverse audiences on sustainability topics, both internally and externally
• Curious, open-minded approach to new tools and methodologies, including AI applications
• Experience leading change or transformation initiatives while balancing long-term goals with short-term delivery
