Full Time Licensed Therapist – Washington

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential telehealth organization seeking a Full Time Licensed Therapist to join their national network. This is a fully remote role for practitioners licensed in Washington state who want to help individuals manage anxiety-related conditions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

As a therapist in this role, you'll conduct diagnostic interviews, deliver therapy sessions via secure video platform, and provide ongoing support through app-based messaging. You'll work with members from initial assessment through treatment, using clinical judgment and established protocols to guide care decisions. Collaboration with other mental health professionals and access to specialized consultation will support your clinical work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical interviews via video to establish diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions using exposure and response prevention (ERP), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) frameworks
• Provide asynchronous support to members through secure messaging between sessions
• Apply clinical guidelines to determine when external referrals or additional resources are appropriate
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists to coordinate care and reinforce treatment decisions
• Participate in ongoing consultation groups, specialized training, and process groups to maintain clinical excellence
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with telehealth standards

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in social work, counseling, psychology, or related behavioral health field
• Full, unrestricted, independent mental health license in Washington state in good standing (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or psychologist)
• Minimum 6 months of experience delivering evidence-based therapies such as ERP, CBT, or ACT
• Knowledge and experience treating OCD with ERP and/or ACT is strongly preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and enthusiasm for learning
• Excellent communication skills and receptiveness to clinical feedback
• Comfort and efficiency using technology platforms for telehealth delivery
• Access to a confidential, private workspace with reliable high-speed internet
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
