Project Associate, Qualification – Night Shift

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI data services organization seeking a Project Associate for qualification operations on the night shift. This role manages the onboarding and readiness processes that prepare crowd contributors for AI training, data annotation, and evaluation projects. You'll build workflows, create learning materials, assess contributor qualifications, and maintain dashboards that give stakeholders clear visibility into project readiness and performance.

This is a metric-driven operational role requiring strong process management, data analysis, and communication skills. You'll partner across recruiting, delivery, and program teams to ensure contributors are qualified on time and projects launch smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Set up onboarding workflows, launch materials, and supporting content for new and expanding AI training projects
• Create and maintain enablement materials including modules, FAQs, exercises, quizzes, and knowledge checks
• Evaluate contributor qualifications and eligibility, maintain records, and manage access and task assignments within project platforms
• Respond to contributor questions and tickets related to onboarding and access, escalating complex issues appropriately
• Maintain trackers and dashboards, provide regular project updates, and flag inconsistencies or risks affecting contributor readiness
• Analyze onboarding and performance issues, identify root causes, and develop targeted clarifications or refresher training content

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2–3 years of experience in a metric-driven environment such as operations, production, or customer support/call center settings
• Moderate to advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or equivalent dashboarding tools for building and maintaining trackers and readiness reporting
• Familiarity with AI concepts and terminology including large language models, prompting, annotation, and search relevance
• Experience working with ticketing or crowd/contributor support platforms
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to explain policies and guidelines clearly to diverse audiences
• Flexibility to support changing program needs and work a night shift schedule
• Based in Philippines

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Background in project management, data analytics, or process improvement
