About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential healthcare organization in their search for an Associate Director, Technology Solutions Engineering. This is a remote position based in the United States, offering the opportunity to lead enterprise-scale technology implementations with a focus on emerging AI capabilities.
In this role, you will deliver new technological solutions that meet critical business needs while maintaining alignment with enterprise objectives. You will gather and document complex system requirements, influence design decisions, and ensure solutions achieve intended outcomes. Your work will span implementation coordination, testing oversight, operational readiness, and production support transitions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of enterprise technology solutions from requirements gathering through production deployment
- Document business system and functional requirements for complex technical initiatives
- Influence system design to optimize operational support and business value
- Coordinate implementation activities including design validation, testing protocols, and operational readiness assessments
- Manage transition of solutions to production support teams
- Identify and resolve complex technical and operational challenges across multiple departments
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate existing systems for optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with architecture, security, compliance, legal, data governance, and business stakeholders
- Oversee multiple project teams on large-scale, high-visibility programs
- Drive responsible deployment of AI-enabled solutions at enterprise scale
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of technical experience focused on web applications
- 4+ years of management experience leading technical teams
- Working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), enterprise AI platforms, AI-enabled business applications, and emerging AI technologies
- Experience collaborating across architecture, security, compliance, legal, data governance, and business functions to deliver solutions at scale
- Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes in large enterprise environments
- 10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts and implementing process enhancements
- Demonstrated ability to run large-scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams
- Passion for improving consumer experiences through technology
- Ability to work remotely with dedicated workspace and minimum internet speeds of 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Healthcare industry experience, particularly in the insurance segment
- Experience implementing AI-powered solutions using cloud platforms such as Azure AI, OpenAI, machine learning platforms, or intelligent automation technologies
- Relevant certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud AI Services, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Generative AI technologies
- Experience leading cloud initiatives with deep cloud platform knowledge
